Ted was a goblin cleric under the command of Redcloak and Xykon when they were attempting to perform the gate ritual and gain control of Dorukan's Gate at the bottom of the Dungeon of Dorukan.

Ted is the name used by one of the goblin mooks chatting at the water cooler^[1] when referring to his superior. In the same comic, a cleric is shown leading these goblins and purging the Order's invisibility when Elan fails to move silently (badly). It is presumed that Ted is that cleric.

Further, Ted is presumed to be the goblin cleric father of the teenage goblin, and the cleric among the horde of Xykon who gets killed by Belkar. Rich Burlew stated that he had no intention of making these clerics all the same character, but the limited context of the strip suggests this might be the case, and contributors to the message forums liked the idea of him being a singular character.^[2]
