Number of Suggestion spells V could have prepared

Ok, help me understand. We've gone back and forth on this; it's probably better to hash this out here than on the page.

Edits:

  1. 18 Int and 12th level:  base wizard slots >= 3rd : 4 x 2 + 3 + 3 + 2 = 16, bonus slots for int >= 3rd : 1 + 1 +16 = 18 total slots. How did you get 19?
  2. 24 Int and 11th level: 4x2+ 2 bonus, totally forgot that V could use higher slots to prepare the spell
  3. 24 Int and 11th level 4 x 2 + 3 + 2 + 1 = 14 + 2 + 1 + 1 +1 bonus = 19, how did you get 25?

Are you including V's bonus slots for school specialization? Because V is canonically an Evoker (state in Start of Darkness), and Suggestion is an Enchantment, so V couldn't used those slots for Suggestion. And the Ring of Wizardry explicitly only doubles the base slots, not the bonus slots for Int and Specialization.

Also, we should be careful about V's Int. I put in 24, but that's probably not right at this point in the comics. We know V had a base 18 Int (from #31), but had 24 Int as of #935, based on the number of spells they cast, and at least 23 Int as of #627, again based on the spells cast. Assuming V got +2 Int from leveling at 12th and 16th level, V would only have 22 Int at this time (the domininant theory is V has a +4 Int buff magic item, presumed to be a Headband of Intellect +4). That would eliminate one slot available for Suggestion.

Please let me know what's wrong with this analysis, and how 25 slots was reached.
