Elan: Wait, Haley—Don’t tell us.

Elan: If you don’t say out loud what you got, then there’s a better chance that they’ll be exactly the spell you need later.
Haley: But I already know what they all are.
Elan: Sure, you know, but—

Bandana: Haley, LOOK OUT!

A purple-gray skinned flesh golem charges in and strikes where Haley had been before Bandana pushed out of the way. Instead the golem strikes Elan, "POW!"

Haley: ELAN!
Elan is bounces off the pavement, "THUNK!" and is sent flying, apparently unconscious.

Haley: OK, who the hell are you and what did you do to my—

Haley: *GASP!*

D&D Context
- Crystal's corpse has been turned in to a Flesh Golem, a type of monster loosely based on the character of Frankenstein's Monster. Flesh Golems in D&D are mindless automata, but Crystal appears to have retained her memories and (practically non-existant) intelligence, making her a non-standard flesh golem.
Trivia
- Haley killed Crystal, her nemesis, in #648, A Dish Best Served With +1d6 Cold Damage. The fact that she has been brought back as a golem suggests that Hieronymus Grubwiggler was involved in her reanimation.
- Crystal's line, "Nice boots", recalls their first meeting, when Crystal commented on Haley's lime green Boots of Speed (themselves a subject of a running gag). The meeting is depicted in a flashback in #608, Mean Girls.
